Tonight I had a super plan to really kill my body at the gym. But that plan failed miserably even before I had time to leave home.
About 2 hrs bf I got an sms that the bodyjam was cancelled and they were doing afropowerdance instead (didn't feel like going through sore back again) so I canx that and only did 1 hr of Pilates,
the plan was to first do an hr bodyjam and then 1 hr pilates.
Instead i'm now aiming for tomorrow have a 2 hr riding class in the evening :D
