Last nights dinner

The other night I found a recepie on a Risotto I wanted to try. Well that day was not a good day & dinner kinda just ended up being something easy that I threw together.



Last night I decided I was gonna do a Risotto, but to lazy to go to store and get the missing ingredients I used what I had at home.

It was just delicious.
I had mushrooms, snowpeas, onion, garlic and cherry tomates in it and added a little bit of cream with the water to get it a bit creamier.

And last I stirred down little mozarella cheese
