This fall a collaegue gave me a tip in how to survive those tedious journey alone in the car:

CD- books.

Since then I have gone through almost all the good ones at work.

Will start giving a quick review of each book I have listened on.....

yes I'm tall but not that tall and these damn closets are deep. wich means I have for the last months mainly thrown stuff in and made sure it doesn't come back out again....

I found this wallpaper a while ago in a discountshop and fell in love. Got it in christamsgift from my parents and this weekend we finally got it up.

And let me tell you there was a lot of swearing involved in getting these 8 HUGE sheets up. What happened with the oldfashioned wallpaper rolls and manageble sized sheets??

Yes we had some issues, but the endresults looks good and that is what counts (right?!).

Its about the everday poblems that can occur in a relationship and dreams that you are trying to fulfill. many of the issuse that happens with the caracters in the book an easily be translated into todays life to. These prolembs didn't just happend then, they happens now to a lot of people everyday. The dramas of your life and how things can change how you try to change them, but there are issues on the way to solve before you get were you want to be.

I didn't really like the book, yes the problems in the book I can somehow relate to. But when I read a book there need to be some action, some pull for me to turn to the next page and a force in the words that draws me to the world the caracters are in. The pull in this book was so bad that I actally put it down when I had 30 pages to go, 1 pages to go and if necessary I could easily have put it down 3 pages to go. In my world that is not a good book.
I now there is other people with other opinions and tonight I'll foud out at the book circle at work where we arer discussin this book.

I give it 2 bambies.

Stuffed peppadews with feta cheese

At new years I had THE BEST snacks ever!! I actually yelled at my friends dad for introducing them, thats how good they were.

In my world it was a food orgasm and i rarely get a food orgasm!!

in sweden they are non existent if you don't go to a delicacy store.

i did managed to find marinated ones in the store and YUK, they are supposed to be fresh, have not really figured out what to do with the rest of my jar of marinated peppadews with feta....

I did find an easy recepie how to make my own.....

Guess who will make a one person tapas any day now ;)

With renovations comes the sandlasting of walls and with that the dust....

Have just spent the lasr 1½hrs in the saddle riding for an instructor. We did so well and the horse was almost like butter in my hands the last 30 min.

Have a feeling that my legs will be of another opinion tomorrow at work.

So my room is finally done. Now I just need to get some more furniture like a bookshelf etc...

Think I willuse that room as a study/ dressing room (yes I have a big flat for one person). Need to get a bookshelf though so I can get the boxes of books emptied out of my bedroom.

Frends from the past

Ijustt chatted with a friend from uni that I haven't spoken with since we had our last exam final year in Australia.

AS many of you guys now I got some visa issues and left Australia in quite a rush not saying a proper goodbye to everybody (or even letting them now I was leaving). I never quite realized how many people I did hurt by doing this and lost contact with. Through facebook I have managed to get hold of some, but many are still missing and about once a week think about any of them and wonder what they are doing now adays.



My old prac partner in class I have missed like hell and it has bin hard not knowig what he is upto now adays. And finally throug a friend on facebook I got his email.....

There is only a handful that actually understand and now what I'mgoing through and was handling those last days in Australia after I found out I wasn't allowed to stay... It was hard and saying goodbye is even worse, but not having said goodye is almost killing me somedays.

In Sweden people are arguing why do I wanna go back to Australia, What for and in Australia eveybody is wondering why its taking me so long to come back down under!

At the moment I have a spotted appearance after painting the roof white.

One thing that I think is horrible is mineral water! I like still, none of those damn bubbles.

The other day I actually got a craving for a Ramlösa strawberry lime and was a bit surprised over this craving. So of course had to go and buy one...

and guess what!

There are NO adultpoints for me here. I tasted horrible those bubbles just makes it burn and NO there is NO pleasure in drinking a bottle of this for me.

Tomato and Mozarella salad from Statoil.

It tastes great has bulgur and an amazing sundried tomatao sauce,

Bt I am cofused of how ar dried ham gets into a tomato mozarella salad! Being a vegetarian and picking up "fast food salads" there is NEVER any vegetarian ones. The best ones I can get hold of are the ones that has whole pieces of meat in it that I can throw out, but usually it is shredded pieces and I have o choice than take the plain booring bread rool.

Ferry shopping

Of course I didn't spend 28 hrs on a ferry without spending any money....

I did get some taxfree stuff.

But also found this great jacket on sale and then i got chanels new mascara.

Balcony table

I'm thinking of getting this one for my balcony. Will be great to use as a spare table when you are several crowiding it, and when alone I can easily move it to where I want it to be.

My friend in Australia just told me that every 2 weeks she gets a box full of veggies and fruits delivered to her door for only A$37.

How often do you need to do luundry in a month?

Yes its time again. And I don't understand how much you can accumulate in 2½ weeks time. Okok forget that I have bin away on two trips during this time.

I need to find a rich guy so that I can afford to hire someone to take care of fmy laundry for me.
