K being on holiday its hard to keep up with the workouts and well trying to be healthy (as I always do (ehm hmmm yep bc I say so)).....
There seem to be something magical when u go on a holiday where anything wuth being healthy, working out or yhea in general thinking about your body also goes on holiday & doesn't come crashing back until you are at home on safe ground.
Well today was an exception me and my freind went for a beautiful walk up into the forest close to where she lives and well i can feel it my legs now after we got back.
Am also slightly reminding people of a half cooked lobster at the moment. Feeling confident and not wearing sunscreen around noon for 2 hrs on my back reading in sun = NOT A GOOD IDEA!!!!
