Klubb kailber- saturday (day 2)

Where I live one of the clubs are celebrating their fifth birthday this summer and that they did with a bang. For 3 days they have had some major sweidsh and international artists playing at 2 diff stages.
I only attenden the saturday when Amanda Jensen (managed to miss her), takida, Asta kask and Wothin Temptation played on the main stage (Mange Schmit where supposed to have bin there to but he seemed to be late for some reasons)

Takida was ok they played their super hit Curley sue, but the rest sounded the same in my ears.

Asta Kask, well lets just say not my type of music, we decided for a coffe and wine break at that point.

Within temptaiton, well those were the one that I wanted to see and lets just say that I didn't get disapointed. They were just awsome and I enjoyed every second of their concert.

Lars Winnerbäck

I made it to the concert in the end, and only 10 min late. Quite proud of that since I was in stable from 13.30-16.00.

Unfortunately Miss Li was sick so that part of the concert was cancelled, so thrid time is the champ? Have bin to two concerts were she was supposed to perform but was sick, so I'm really hoping that one day I will see her live because I actually like her music alot.

Maia Hirasawa was coiming on stage when we arrived (yes we missed the first performance due to starvation) and she was just AWSOME, the perfect music to sit in the grass and listen to, only thing missing was a glass of wine or beer otherways it would have bin perfect.

2 hrs later Lars winnerbäck came on and he played for almost 2 hrs. I'm going to be quite honest and admit that until yesterday I have never bin a huge fan of his music (okok actually avioded his songs for some reason), but WOW I'm so in love with his music and lyrics now, and the performance. I just didn't want it to end, he was GREAT!


The weather helped a little to.

Lars Winnerbäck summer tour

Tonight Lars Winnerbäck is playing in my town and well, me and a friend decided that we will go and see him and all the other artists he got with him. Have only really heard about Miss Li before (and really like her). So its gonna be interesting, first thing first is to get hold of tickets (yes we are late we know)

and before that the farrower have to come and put on my friends horse some new shoes, since he decided to loose them. I am the ever ooptimist and are praying that by 5 pm I will have taken care of the horse. chowered and changed and stand at my friends door. If not she is in charge of the tix.

My Fair Lady

Last saturday I caught up with some friends and went and saw My fair Lady.
It was really good and don't regret spending a single cent on it at all. Know I just want more good musicals to come up in gothenburg so that I can go and se more.

Aftre the show we went and had pizza and then it was beers and daquiries at SKÅL. To much people out ffor our liking, we just wanted to sit around and chat.

My legs got abused bc I was wearing my lack tights and EVERYBODY in the room (at least that is what it felt like) wanted to touch them. But otherways it was nice and it felt even better wakingup the following day not feeling like a train have ran over you and mangled you to bits. (it a first)

Its finally in my posession!!


They said the album wouldn't be releazed in Sweden (outside Australia) until next year, but today It showed up on itunes so who could say no??

Not me that is for sure!!!

Personally I think they just get better and better for each album that they releaze.

The Cat Empire in Västerås

Last night I went for a little drive (only 230 km) to see the cat empire play in Västerås and was it worth it???



HELL YHEA. The venue was tiny, the band awsome (did I expect anythinng else?) and I really rerally like thei new cd. Unfortunately it is not on sale outsde Australia yet :(

Their new CD has a heavier sound but that only makes me like them even better than what I did before (if that is possible).

The best bit was when I managed to meet part of the band after the concert and especially felix.



Would have loved to meet the drummer to, but I'm satisfied as is!!!

And of course I bought their new Tischa they have on this tour and mens size bc didn't like the colours on the female top (white and red)



I give this concert 4/5 Bambies. There were some dead moments and well It was just awsome not far off fom a full 5

New CD

YES the cat empire have finally released a new Album , SO MANY NIGHTS, but only available in Australia so far :(

Bt good thing is that they are coming to Sweden early november. Count me n that I will be either there or when they visit Copehagen a couple of days bf.

A tip:

If you are planning to stage dive please makesure that u have plenty of strong freinds that can catch you
don't jump into crowd in full speed and especially into a group of girls
can only end oneway
