Glossybox

In June I cancelled my subscription on Glossybox because I was moving, I had grown tired of them and had to much stuff in my drawers.

Today I feel for the promoton of getting 3 boxes at a reduced price. Lets see how long this subscription will lats.....

A little bit of shopping

Having spent the weekend in Linköping I am now all relaxed with fully charged batteries, a new haircut and colour + new items in my wardrobe.

My friend M found out on friday that she got the PhD position she had applied for and we needed to celebrate. Friday was not an option since I had a 25th birthday party to attend and she is currently in an ICLD (insanely low calorie diet).
Yesterday I had a 3 hr hairdressers appointment and after that a hangover to cure. Instead we decided to go shopping today and not for gymclothes.

The only thing I needed were basic items like eye make up remover, ankle socks and a new eye primer.

 
I found those items and:

  2 necklases on sale

 a cute singlet almost for free (ok ok I am planning to run hot summer days in this)

a shirt that had my name on it. Its monkeys and Tucans on it!!

A scarf - see above argument!

It's things like these that makes me NOT wanna cancel my subscription to glossy box!!

Duty free

I did some duty free shopping while traveling:

New mascara. Like it better than my old one, but still not sure. Its tear proof that is for sure, but feels a little weak, hard to layer.

Facial cleansing kit: Tried Kihels this time. After a week and a half its love in the air. Especially the deodorant (will give that one its own post)

Alcohol: Absolut special edition bottle

Oh and with the facial cleansing kit I got a new makeup bag. My pink night out ended up in the bin after 6 (7?) faithful years with me.

Shopping

Today I went into the city to buy a birthday present and a new mascara. I got those items AND the shoes in the previous post and a think silky shirt from H & M.....

Both touch elecat and mascra is two items that have a permanent position in my bathroom cupboard.....

Airport shopping

Did a little shopping at the airport to:

2x kaftan

1 for travel

1 for beach

some refreshing stuf that you should ALWAYS have in you carry on:

a small brush, deodorant (especially if they coe in this hand size), and facial wipes (unfortuntaley these were the makeupe rremover ones and not cleansing ones).

Ferry shopping

Of course I didn't spend 28 hrs on a ferry without spending any money....

I did get some taxfree stuff.

But also found this great jacket on sale and then i got chanels new mascara.

Makeup shopping

Oh my dream almost came true in Uppsala. Make up store had a complete clearance sale. Only thing that would have bin a MAC clearance sale.

Unfortuntaley there wasn't much left in the shop when I entered, but there were even less when I left. I got three eyeshadows.....

Urban decay Lingerie & galoshes

I feel a while ago for a useles item in a beatyblog. Bjooti didn't really see the need of this bt for some reason I did when I found it on sale. Must have bin the severe diss that made me go "I have to try this"

And well I have had it for almost a year now and it goes with me in my travel makeup bag (Yes I have a paked to go makeupbag so I just an garb and run out the dorr if need be). Its a necessity there now. Its rainining add the galosh side, the masacara I use iteches my eyes:put on some galoshes ontop, party time = use both sides and I have fab lashes all night and day and night if its a hard weekend. Its startting to run out and not sure if it still exist or if I maybe should find the mascara that has all these criteria without putting on extra stuff.

The thing is that I like my day lashes a little bit more discrete than the wawavoom lashes I want at a party and when traveling I don't wanna have to bin to much extra stuff.

As you now I addented a funeral a couple of days ago and well makeup and crying never works, but still wanna look sort of fresh espeally after a night without any sleep. I pulled out my primers for foundation, eye and galshoes and guess what. BY the coffe and cake only foundation had rubbed of alittle on my napkin. Eyes were still perfect, even after I had a full breakdown (only bottom lashed had lost its mascara).

Think I'lll have to get another one ASAP! The only downbt is that the primer is a pain some days to put on (or that might be my shaky hands)

Urban decay potion primer

I first found out about Urban decays potion primer om Pret-ty. And it was there that I also found out how stupid the container is. People have bin opening it up when they think its empty and found its like 3/4 of it left in all the crevices.

Well now it was my turn and ofcourse I thought that I had bin sooo uch better in getting the appliator around in there to get all the stuff out.

Imagine my horror when my container looks EXCATLY the same as those pics that I have seen floating around.

SO I pulled out the chopping board, bread know, spoon and searhed for a small container (ok not so small) and went a head to save what was left....




As you can see there is plently left in the jar. That means that I don't need to get a new one in atleast a year or so. Because even though it has this incredible STUPID container I still love this produt and would never use eyeshadow wthout it. I can even fall asleep with my eyemake up and it looks good the next morning (yes I now I'msupposed to take it off before bedtime, but sometimes I'mjus to tired (drunk) to bother with stuff like that).

Now I just need more time in the morning to try and be creative. Am so sick of my everyday eye makeup and need to update it. Its just the time, lack of imagination and to get it sort of discrete anyhow.

Just need time to practise and really look through my eyeshadow collection and find suitable
mathes.

Lancôme La poudre aux yeux

When shopping yesteday I also found a lovely black shimmering loose eyeshadow on sale.

Have already tried it and its the perfect black pigment for me. I have to work it just a littlebit to get colour, bu esay to work with and will be perfect to use when doing smeky eyes and shade with around the eyes.

Only bad part is that its wuite hard to get anything out of the bottle. Will have to slowe that somehow.

Makeup shopping

I did finally get hold of Isadoras inliner that has bin hard to get hold of, but managed to knick the last one at barkaby centrum outside Uppsala.
Me thinking that I'm living in a town where there is no fashionable people didn't really think they would sell the all out within a week. Can admit that I completely forgot the power of a major high school close by......

have I tried it yet? Nope, it went stright into a storage box with alot of other bathroostuff before I even new what I was doing (stupid I know)

New foundation

Since I had to go into town to get my computer fixed I did go and buy a ew foundation and while I was on the makeup rut I slipped into the bodyshop and got their shimmer cubes palette 15 (have bin drowling for a while on their gorgeous colours) and while there a new nail buff file followed me home to.
