German new years celebration
For the last couple of years I have spend new years in Germany. This year I'm not. There have bin so much hassle in trying to organise my tickets, someone to take care of my cats etc etc that when a friend called about celebrating it with them in Gothenburg I said yes.
It felt good finally taking a decision. But my subconciousness seem to be telling me to go to Gremany (just wrote Australia).
First I had a dream about THE dream guy (my friends friend) and last night I dreamt about Billa-bonn in Bonn and not sure why but the spiraling bathroom staircase was the main part of the dream (still surprised I have not killed myslef in that one) so now I wonder what will next dream be about?
As you might be able to tell Australia & Germany is closely linked in my mind to.

This weekend there will be alot of cockctail mixing and sampling.
My first Party Twin is visiting me, and as usual with ALL my party twins the alcohol will flow, the dancefloor is in danger and the flirting is on HIGH!

If I were going to a party tonight
Was out last night and yes as usual I didn't have time to take any outfit pictures. Need to get better on this because I had an awsome dancing outit last night.
Tonight I'm going out eating indinan food and after that its the movies. We are going to see "the girl who played with fire". Am hoping its good.
Am in nthe mood to party tonight to, but my body and most of wallet can't handle toights like last night in a row. And I didn't dane that much, but most guys were hot and good dancers (those in my age that is) then I made a couple of older mens night by dancing with them. It takes alot for me to decline an offer done when you are on a dancefestival. But after a guy tried to wrinng my knee out of place that was it I was just over it (Ie only danced with friends or reallyy hot guys after that (30 min left of eveing)).
If I was going out tonight to a party I would love to have had this dress. Would definately have in the diso bowl at the party, but that is so hot at the right place....

New years
I have just booked my flight to the best new years party ever!!
Yes i now its the best since this will be the third time in 4 years I attend it and can it be bettern when you are:
Going to Germany to celebaret in the new year with my party twin and her awsome family and friends. Just can't wait.
This time I'll spend I whole week down there, wish I had more time, but duty of work and uni calls after that. Have a feeling that I will have to use my friends computer for some uniwork while I'm down there to.....(

New years eve party
It was as I had suspected a Grand slam parrty that went on all night long (okok until 3 am ) was in bed by 4 after we had done some rough cleaning andfinished the odd its that were lef of the food.
IN general I had a great time, didn't have as many shots as usual on these parties (only 6-7 i think) but plenty of yummy and not so yummy drinks.
We had finished the bundy rom & royal liqouer even bf the party really started (woops) and ofcourse got a capipassoa (spelled right? )
and then I just got into my vodka (untitl we ran out of that), not sure what I filled my glas with after that! Now there was cchampange at the twelwe stroke, lots of sms to people and calling friends and family to wish them happy new year (my phone bill will kill me).
many people were happy that I might be over in just a couple of weeks again.
But the happiest person at the party was without a doubt the girl that got this gorgeous engagement ring (friends best friend).
(speciallay matching w the blue nailpolish ;) )

At Billabonn in Bonn
Saturday night me and my friend decided that a night out in Bonn was in the agenda! First we had dinner with her whole family at a really nice italian restaurant. I had vegetarian tortellini with walnuts in creme sauce and It was just heavenly.
Think that dinner also might be what saved me that night somehow from joining the party gods (toiletbowl)
We went to Billabonn bar in Bonn which is an Aussie pub and well on saturday night they tend to have 1€ shots. I guess you figured out what might have happened!
Yes we had plenty of shots (german ones) like strawberry/lime, sour apple, passoa and atleast 2 of each. On top of that we were drinking Aussie beers and ciders. By midnight when my friends brother showed up one person was already in the mercy of the party gods. Did the rest of us have any sense left that we might be joining soon???? NO you guessed right so with the help of her brother and friend we kept on drinking shots and beer (more sour apple, strawberrylime, but alos sambuca w coffe etc etc) By 2 am we had had atleast 10 shots each and my poor friend had had enough so we had to go home (most likely what saved me).
When you live outside Bonn there is ine downside a major one: Winding roads up and down the hills through villages with even worse winding turns......
But we made it home safely almost in one piece!
UPDATE: ok pub is now spelled correctcly & we were only 2 out of 5 that made it to bed in one piece.

New years
In a couple of hours I'm boarding a plane to germany (are you surprised) and will be gone for a week will updadte, but as usual it will not be rergular or effective at all!
I am seeing my dear friend the party twin & i can promise that tnew years will be wet and hopefully fun, she has not let me down on a party yet so I'm keeping my faith in her!
I'm also fairly sure that she will get into 200% in getting me to come to germany in jan/feb (not that i'm that hard to convince)
Other than that I will update u with what happens and will post some photos for you, because even in germany they have internet and computers so no drama in that bit :)

101things to do before you die- Monopoly pubcrawl
A couple of years ago a friend of mine got the book 101 things to do before you die and well I wasn't slow in getting one and also giving it to party twin on her birthday. In this book there are some great things, some that have bin on my list for a while and others like the London monopoly pubcrawl (neverr heard of before) that was just one of those things i just had to do...So me & my yfriends promised that we will do it together, thing is just to get time together to do it. But one day in a not to distant future we hope it will happen.
There is just a slight detail about the rules since there are 26 pubs to visit a PINT would be suicide, but no drink at all would be cheating........photo: viral, 101 things to do

Rheinkultur
YES the word free rings sweeetly in my eardrums and so does festival and you add it together can it be much better ???
Well the Rheinkultur festival in Bonn is a free oneday festival. Did't now any of the acts there, was in recovery from the previous nights cocktail party (not as bad as some but) but had a great time anyway looking on ppl and listening to the bands...
Down side was that it took like 2 hrs to get home and hour and a half just to get to the main road. So by the time we got home it was time for bed.
But had a great evening at the festival anyhow.

Need a new BCD? maybe the Mares Airtrim is for you then

Who doesn't need a new BCD (or one in general) what wouldn't be more perfect than this on from Mares?? Mares Airtrim was first patented in Italy 1997 and then USA 2001. My diving side of me is going through shakes and quivers it just W A N T it NOW. Sport Diver has more information about it here if you are interested
Sounds like the perfect BCD for me whith blody hollow bones and a lung capacty than can compete with an elephant.
I think it is time for me to start plannign another dive trip, my body is starting to go through major urges to get under the sea again. The peacefullness, the quiet, the view and well for aprefect dive I need my perfect dive buddy with me aka party twin ;) I promise there will be more information regarding me & my twin in crime (no not partner but twin)
